An overspeed throttle stop harness prevents a diesel engine from exceeding its safe operating speed, which can cause severe damage and safety hazards. The ECU monitors engine speed using the RPM sensor and adjusts the throttle to prevent over speeding. If a potential overspeed situation arises, the harness restricts fuel flow to reduce damage risk. An override switch allows temporary system bypass in emergencies.

This device plugs into the factory installed throttle valve body and perform the engine shutdown in case of an engine over speed. Easy to install, doesn’t require any additional valve or modification in the air intake pipe. Easy to remove and return to the factory OEM specs.
